Installing your driver will take a few minutes depending on your hardware, and you may need to restart your PC when it's done. For most users, we recommend going with the "Express Installation".
Once the driver download has completed, two more buttons will appear: "Express Installation" and "Custom Installation". All you need to do is click that and wait for the driver to download. If not, you'll see a message that mentions the latest driver with a big green 'Download' button next to it. If your graphics driver is up to date, you'll see a message at the top of the screen that says so. Usually, GeForce Experience will automatically check for new updates, but it never hurts to take that extra step to check yourself. However I have failed miserably in locating the place to delete or change this hotkey. I need that hotkey for something else and have never, ever needed to switch profiles on the fly (not much of a games player). The problem is that something in the nVidia suite of software has co-opted the Ctrl-Alt-H hotkey to switch it's profiles.
