AudioNote combines the functionality of a notepad and voice recorder to create a powerful tool that will save you. Claro Software’s Claro AudioNote makes it easy to listen back to any recording, from one made on a dedicated recording device to one made on a ‘phone. AUDIONOTE files are used to take better notes during meetings, study sessions, interviews, and lectures. Recording lectures and making audio notes is great for students. The Mac and Windows version of AudioNote lets you view an unlimited number of AudioNote files, but you restricted to only a little bit of recordings. And students can download a free AudioNote viewer program for Windows and Mac computers. It contains a voice recording synced with notes, which may include text, drawings, and pictures. The teacher would have to pay for the app, but you can export or share the AudioNote file to students for free. You can search for relevant audio simply by choosing a word during playback. AudioNote is free to try (there’s a five-minute maximum recording time) and the full version is as little as three dollars (pricing varies by operating system, but it’s inexpensive across the board). We’ve previously mentioned the LiveScribe pen, Microsoft OneNote, and Circus Ponies Notebook as solutions to the problem of syncing your written notes with relevant audio, but each of those options comes with a relatively high cost. On top of tracking when things happened by time, it also records audio and syncs every word you type along with it.
